Default Any News about the new Jordan JX125NG's?

Looking over the EJ Jordan website they mention that a new larger full range driver, jx125NG is in production and will be available soon.

Does anyone have any insight into these new drivers or when they will become available?

Greetings, post holiday.

I think that this driver is a replacement for the JX125, which was billed as a bass driver.

That said, Townsend used it as a bass-mid up to 5kHz and crossed from there to a ribbon tweeter. I tried it full range but thought it sounded harsh above 3kHz.

It seems that there are more coming. This company uses some of Ted J's drivers, with some new ones coming. Have also seen different anodization of the cone on a Swedish forum.
