Hi there, I am in the process of building myself some solo206's for some Fostex FE206. From the few other build sites I have seen on these designs I see people putting carpet in the 'U' shaped cavity. Can someone please comment on what this achieves and the type of material one should use. I had my eyes on some indoor/outdoor carpet.
Thanks |

It's just another form of damping material.
