Half Chang or BIB?

I currently have Hammer Dynamic S12 speakers in my main living room in my apartment. I want to setup a listening room in my bedroom which is about 8 feet by 12 feet. I want to either try a half chang with the Pioneer B20 (phased plugged) with tweeter or the Fostex 126/127 in a BIB cabinet. This setup will mainly be near listening since I will have a computer setup right between the speakers. Which setup will sound good with poor recordings and give the most bass output? I am wanting the same bass output as the Hammer Dynamics if possible. Thanks

BIB needs to sit in a corner (or at least against the wall, half-chang will be happier out from the corners, even out from the wall. B20 should produce more bass with greater ease. FE127 can be ruthlessly revealing, B20 is pleasant but does not have the same level of resolution.

Given your goals, B20 in HC sure seems to better satisfy your requirements.

These speakers will probably be pretty close to the corners of the bedroom. What is your favorite driver for poor recordings? Are your enhanced drivers more pleasant to listen to? Would a enhanced FR125 driver in a Harvey enclosure give as much bass as a half chang b20 pioneer enclosure? Should I go for a smaller enclosure with a subwoofer instead? Thanks for your help again!
