Come again? What is it you're trying to attenuate? I'm not at my best this morning, but alt. is usually an abbreviation for 'altitude', which is local height above a given planetary reference plane; typically, though not invariably, sea level in the case of the Earth. If you live a considerable distance above sea level, there's not a whole lot you can do about the reduced air pressue, short of either sealing & pressurising your living room, or moving house. You could, however, try a humidifier, which will probably help a bit. A large number of substantial plants (rubber plants, aspidistras, triffids etc.) may also be useful.
If we're talking about the driver perhaps being a little too high above your head / ears when seated, try angling the cabinets forward slightly.
If you're talking about the HF being a little too high in level, you may need to apply some correction, active or passive. Exactly what & how will depend upon the design and the rest of your system. (?)
If we're talking about something else, could you be a little more specific?
