Default ML-Voigt Mono-pole for Fostex FE126

Hi,
Can anyone tell me please, if this cabinet should have stuffing? Sounds good without, but most mono-poles advise stuffing to be used. The drawing is dated 16-12-2004.

Thanks,

N.
