Hello,
I bought second hand lowther mauhorn iv with pm2a silver. I plug the cable from the amplifier to the wire, using the colour code (black and red). So they should normally be correctly connected. However, when I started the amplifier, one of the speaker is “moving in” (or moving inside) dramaticaly while the other doesn’t seem to move at all. If you switch the connection on the speaker moving dramatically inside, it remains as the other one when connected (don’t move at all) So my question is : WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY FOR THE SPEAKER WHEN CONNECTED ? MOVE DEEPLY INSIDE OR DON’T MOVE AT ALL ? Thanks a lot ! |

Hi,
Check your amplifiers DC offsets, movement should be minimal. |
