Yes it does. The top end is a bit weak and most users wind up with a super tweeter. Very smooth through the mid range and somewhat laid back

I never liked the EX2. It doesn't load resonant cabinets well. The DX2 is certainly worth the price and is seriously better than the FE207E. The DX3 is also worth the price and a worthwhile upgrade to the DX2.
