Folks,
Any recommendations on building a DC supply for Jensen A-12 field coil speakers? How smooth does it need to be - is there a maximum ripple spec for these units? SS or tube rectification preferred? TIA, -- josé k. |

The one and only

It should be a smooth as possible, otherwise the ripple
introduces amplitude modulation to the forces on the voice coil. |
