If, during some mucking about, I wanted to mount a set of FR125s with no baffle, roughly where would the rolloff start, and would it be 6db per octave? I assume we are talking about the rim of the speaker as a 1.5cm round baffle in this case. Thanks for any advice.

Umm, I measured it with highly accurate hold-in-your-hand method.
![]() Somewhere around 1.5kHz with a peak at 1.88kHz. |
