today I found a lonely little orphan, missing its twin. Looks very similar to the 1197, no? Gotta find another, wouldn't be right to just have one.

I passed up a $20 pair in a pawn shop a few months ago, and have regretted it since. Cabs were pretty too. I couldn't find much info on line, so I figured few were made. Have you listened to that little driver?

I have one! It's behind my desk being used as a paperclip holder. cone is all mushed tho, sorry.

Mine sounds quite nice. I'm gonna mount it on a small OB and maybe it'll work for mono.

Radio Shack had a number of variations on these Fosters (including the 1197), all with the same basket & cone, but different motors, just needed to know which one i was looking for.
