posted this on the AA Vintage and Fullrange forums..

Found a set of no name speakers. They were in a 8"x10"x4" cab , felt pretty solid, had some crummy veneer on them.

they were 2 bucks for the set...anyways took the drivers out , and the main drivers had no names on them , they had stamped frame, 6.5" light paper cone, whizzer, and reversed cloth surround. also had a paper tweeter on top of the cab...

the mid/wideband (guessing) had this on back ,

SK-36837
8 ohm 3 W
Japan 912TNG

will try and post a pics , but as luck would have it my camera is shot, will try and get a pic up tommorow...

any ideas? tried looking up the eic code, no luck, any suggestions ?

thinking about making a bib with a tweeter for the top.... maybe...

they were in a small sealed cab ,, so i might start there ..and progress to the bibs, just wish i had some specs for these , so i could really figure out how to use them best for now...

they do seem to have a ok sized motor for the size of them ,,

thanks ...
