Not sure what Boxsim files are but the JX125 has fairly standard parameters so any usual simulation software should handle it okay from the TS parameters.
The JX6HD is a little more unusual and Jordan strongly recommend using the closed box suggestions on their website. The driver doesn't have a conventional suspension so relies on the closed box to protect it at LF.

BoxSim comes with Visaton drivers data, but it possible to import any other driver if you are able to do the measurements and so write the files.
My current problem is the baffle step which I try to compensate within the software first before building the first prototype. By crossing somewhere around 400 or 500Hz, the problems will occur for the JX6HD only.
