From people who have built ones, I'm curious to know how much lumber is involved in building a BIB for a 6.5"...in this case a FE168EZ.
Two 4'x8' sheets? Three sheets? Thanks

Two & a bit usually does it. My next pair will take two sheets of birch ply, plus a couple of strips of particle-board for the internal baffle, with plenty of the ply left over for other things.
