Flea markets can be fun: Today I stumbled over a pair of unused (in the original boxes) Coral beta 8 drivers that I bought for NOK 100 (about USD 17 or EUR 13). That's a good deal, ain't it?

I think we should stop this skiting about bargains and flea markets. With this and the Heils mentioned elswhere, a worldwide epidemic of depression could occur.
Honestly, good luck to the bargain hunters. It's even better when the goodies are gotten by people who'll put them to good use. Yes, it was a good deal. |

Nice. Those are THE prettiest drivers. Can't wait to actually hear a pair.
Do any of you know if any significant number of Coral drivers was shipped to northern Europe back in the day? |

A good score for sure... everyone should have one of those experiences once in their life (my best one was probably the Thorens TD160 (+ 2 carbon fibre brushes) for $4 CAD.

Dave, those CADs must be good value. Sounds like you paid for the brushes, and he tossed in the TD160. Hope you paid the freight. LOL
