Based on the recommended dimensions from Scottmoose, for my Tang Band speaker, and just getting used to using sketchup.
I will be cutting the plywood soon, just some ideas on the support for the leaning speaker, any comments or ideas will be appreciated. gychang |

I like the right hand one myself. Sort of architectural.

Drill into it perhaps? You'd just have to watch out for potential vibrations.

I've struggled in the past with how to support a speaker that have the pointy bit on the floor...
The rod idea is elegant... you might well get away with a hook and an eye (i don't think it necessarily needs to be rigid... you might have to add an extension to the bass to increase the size of the tripod. Another approach is to add a rudder (or fin) to the back dave

Hello...
I'm thinking of a similar design for the FE103E. Just a Pipe leaning against the wall...that's it. |

Try this link. If it does not work ... google "speedrail". May be a bit to industrial for your look, but it works like a charm. Assembles with set screws. There are some adjustable angle fittings down the page. http://www.hollaender.com/index.cfm?...TOKEN=12810609 |

I also like the one on the right better because it doesnt look like a stand holding up the speaker rather a part of the overall design.
Instead of pipes why not use wood and create a wall behind the speaker? It can somehow become part of the design statement too. |
