How long until you can email

How many post until you can email? I've been a registered member for over a year but I'm primarily a reader, not a poster and only have 4 post.

I wanted to send email for some drivers in the Trading Post but I get the "Not logged in or don't have permissions" page. Dang, I know those drivers are going to be sold.

About now?

We have the email bar for our members' protection, before we instigated it we had evil spammers abusing the system.

I'm having problems with PM's as in I cannot send them.
