Default failed notification

Hi all.
I have received the following:


Hello federico moreno,

rfbrw has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - help with this AKM dac, please - in the Digital forum of diyAudio Forums.

...but there is no such posting in the thread.

Is the first time that such a thing happens.
