Problem in thread Upload/Attached pictures

Dear Moderator,

I have some issues with my thread!

~Issue #1:

No attached pictures are pictured by my browser only in the thread PHL Questions & Suggestions

~Issue #2:

I can't Post a Reply to the thread PHL Questions & Suggestions, my browser shows up error messages

The issues are happening only in this thread!

Please do something

Don't use Internet explorer 4 then :P

The photos are fine.
I may be an issue with your browser.
Have you installed all of the updates?

I am usin IE 5! And this issue happens only in this thread not in any other!

Clear your cache of temporary internet files and try again.

You also might try logging (using the log out button), and logging back in again to kill the diyAudio cookie.

I deleted all files in the Internet Temporary Files folder
And the Results:

In the thread PHL Questions & Suggestions:

I can now send A reply!

But

No Pictures show up that are attached in the thread!

and

-When I go in the second page:

vBulletin Message
No thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster

-When it loads:

A Runtime Error:

Line: 58
Error: Invalid Character

This two last problems with the problem of attachements were known before I deleted the files
