Server has an issue about 40 minutes ago. Just got alerted and reviewed the situation. Happy to say for the first time in years, the technicians paid to monitor our managed server for crashes in the event I am not available, did successfully fix the server. This is great news.
In the medium term, we will move to a new platform with new hardware or cloud based redundancy but for now, this is a good sign that we can stay up even if there is a crash while I'm asleep
