somehow, someone got onto my ignore list. how do i rectify the situation?

Locate this persons profile. Check at the bottom of the page for "Remove Bill Fitzpatrick from Your Ignore List" (just tested you )

Note that this didn't work before, this link. There was something wrong with a script. Now it should work but I haven't tested it lately.
