- Database apparently had a hissy fit. This is rare, but does seem to happen every 2-3 years.
- I was alerted after 15 minutes to the issue, as was our server management service from LiquidWeb
- Web servers and databases were shut down
- Database was scanned for problems - none found
- Databases and web servers were brought back up
- Issue appears to be resolved at this stage
