Cannot upload images in Swap Meet

As the title says... for some reason I seem not to be able to upload files to a new thread (offer). Not doing this the first time, long time member... ??
Any hints?

Thanks guys, the outage affects file uploads to the entire diyAudio forum. It is being addressed, but as yet no idea what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Your patience is much appreciated.
