This is what I see, Marra does only show as PM's, you and Diy Trade both show the full set.

I've no answer for you at this time Andrew. Absolutely wild guess picked from nowhere... have you tried another browser, and/or tried clearing your cache. Various parts of the site that make up the whole page are I believe hosted separately... that's why you sometimes get a partial page loading. I can't think of anything else at this time.

The last time something like this happened, I complained about lack of access about half a dozen times.

Then a helpful Moderator intervened, and with their help it was discovered that another Forum Staff Member had switched my access off.

Why should most Members profiles display correctly and yet DiyT omits the "contacts" option?

Why should a cold start not get me back to a clean slate?

Where do I find the dialog box that is in Mooly's post14?
I am on win7 & firefox.

Andrew... if you are on W7 then you will have Internet Explorer installed.

Try this as a test (this is Vista but W7 is near identical). Look a the screen shots.

1) Close Firefox.
2) Click the orb at the bottom left of screen and goto "control panel".
3) Select "classic view" so that all the options look a bit like my screen shot. The standard view is grouped subheadings... all lead to the same place though.
4) Goto "internet options" and click "delete".
5) Make a note of the already selected boxes so you can set them back to the default if you wish.
6) Now click delete to clear all the history.

Now see if the problem is resolved using IE to access the site.

Firefox will be similar but you will have to google that one to see how its done. I would do that as well in case there is any overlap of temp files between browsers.

Myself, I would also do a disk clean and delete temp files on there as well,

Disk Cleanup - Open and Use - Windows 7 Help Forums

There is nothing in disk cleanup that you can't delete, i.e. you can't uninstall or delete anything important. In W7 there is also a "clean sytem files" box. If you've never run that before then do so, it can free a lot of space from files that windows update has replaced.
