Please stop email notification of subscribed thread

I keep getting instant emails and I can't stop it.

Thanks for the assist, but I've done that several dozen times.

I cannot undo instant.

I've reset No email notification a dozen times also.

But, nothing seems to stop the "instant notification".

That is why I wrote for help.

I have the same problem too!

I just switched to Hotmail and I get update notifications from another forum.

Is there a way to block/disable ALL updates on all forums instead of blocking them at each forum?

I have reset you to no subscriptions. Hope that works. If not, post again and I will ask the smart guys to look at it.

In yahoo and gmail, you can define filters, and what to do with the items filtered out. Try send directly to trash them via a user-defined filters.
