It's not that obvious. It is in the top right hand corner of the screen just below the menu bar. See attached picture, arrow is pointing to it

Thanks for the reports. It's kind of hard to stop this, as a lot of new members have a genuine need to PM others. Please do report unsolicited commercial advances in the future so we can shut them down.

I've updated the rules to reflect that using the PM system for unsolicited commercial advances is cause for immediate ban.
