Hi Cal,

I took another look at this and realised that I have sent messages which are cleared separately to inbox messages. I cleared these and all is well.

Have you pressed the "Go" button? It will have "Go (1)" where the number 1 is the number of items that you will perform the action selected by the dropdown box (such as "Delete").
