Is setting the time for daily notification possible?

Is it possible, in some way, to set the time at which I receive daily notifications on threads I'm subscribed to?
Now, I get them when I arrive at my day work and that is not very constructive for my audio hobby and professional career

I just configure my email client to sort them into a separate 'diyAudio' only folder and look at them when appropriate.
