Jewelry Being Sold Via Comments Made To Photos In Gallery

How do I delete comments in my Gallery made by Pengyou that have absolutely noting to do with the photo I post or even audio for that matter?

For Example: I posted a photo of my Stealth Audio Sakra ICs and this was Pengyou's comment which contains links:

Please help me get rid of this guy Pengyou's "supposed" comments made in my, and perhaps others members Gallery under our photos which are actually nothing more than self-serving, unsolicited, attempts at selling his/hers glass bead necklace, bracelet and earrings!
