The project template files that I'd created are inaccessible to after the upgrade to 3.0.2. I suspect that the templating code and permissions code has changed since 2.5.7.
Also, I don't think that Templates are setup in the Namespace Manager (but please do NOT set them up yet!; I'm not sure if doing so would permanently nuke my pages).
I have opened a high priority bug with VaultWiki: Template pages have disappeared after upgrade to 3.0.2. Agh! - VaultWiki - Wiki for vBulletin Forums - Support

VaultWiki has gotten back to me (first response in 13 minutes, nice).
He's recommended something to try; specifically, changing the template behavior and rebuilding all namespaces.
