RFE: Enable 'Tags' feature

Hey Guys,

I'd like to push for more content on the wiki, as such, I'd like to run through the existing threads on the site and tag the ones that would make good article candidates.

However, either the tags system has been disabled or I'm not in a group that can tag threads.

If the feature is disabled, is there anyone against turning this feature on? Or, if it's a permissions issue, is there any chance that I can get permissions for it so that I, and the other folks that have contributed to the wiki before me, can tag content for wikifying?

I'm all for tagging and it will be integral part of the "next" version of the site. For now, I think it's just clutter until it can be integrated holistically. I have very big plans for making tags a really core part of the site.
