Just a suggestion regarding smilies - these help enormously in getting the posters message across without misinterpretation, but lazy people like me only use the quick reply, where they aren't available. Is is possible to put a few of the more common ones beside the quick reply box? Anything that lowers that chances of misinterpretation
is good...
