I saved screenshots of every aspect of the problem, and then approved the most recent edit. I will contact the wiki authors with an official bug report. I can see no reason for this to be occurring.

Have they tested with moderated member edits and with a regular member trying to edit after that?

You can edit now

The problem comes from members under moderation. Each edit from such member must be approved by someone with authority.
