I'm finding I have to log in every few minutes, is it just me?
bit of PITA, 'cause I come back to Diyaudio during work (or work between surfing the net )maybe there's a setting I need to change?

I've had to relogin repeatedly when posting from work using Internet Explorer 7.. (I'd estimate a few times a week on average, not more than once per session.) No problems at all with Firefox in linux or windoz at home..

I’m having the same experience after the upgrade.
I can quote a post write an answer (so I’m obviously logged in) but when I try to post it I’m getting a message that I’m not logged in and have to log in to post. Also if I’m logging in on a thread and going to the front page I’m not logged in anymore. All this came after the upgrade. BTW I’m using IE8 Cheers BTW: it worked fine this time. If anyone finds a definite repeatable pattern, please post it. It's hard to test if it's not reproduceable. It goes without saying that you need to have cookies and javascript enabled, and no insult to your intelligence implied!

How long is the log in time?
If timed out and wrong ID/password is entered (bad keystroke) I lose the current thread. After entering correct ID/pswd, it takes me to Main Forum. It would be convenient in such a case to return me to previous location. |
