the Search menu calls up the dialogue box.
Typing my nickname or AKSA or ..., in the top entry box, leave the default threads option and click Go, returns about 30% of my posted threads.
I tried tag search, that reports nothing.
Advanced search reports very similar to ordinary search.
I once got almost almost complete results report, but I can't reproduce that.

I liked that method in the old search. It was the quickest way to find the threads I was interested in, that were current or very recent.

Andrew,

Go to Advanced Search, enter the username in the username box, select view results by posts and click Search. This should return a full result set.

Thanks Audio F.
that works.
It's very slow, both to fill out the various boxes and to search. 27.1s just for the search and about another half minute to not realise the rejection was the missing code words.

Should be much faster now. A quicker way to get the same results is to click the person's username next to a post and then click "Find more posts ..." from the drop down menu.

Naw.
That finds all my posts.
I want to see the new postings in threads that I read.

The Advanced Search dialogue seems to be changing, was that you?

Minor thing, the counter that displays the number of displays ( ) seems to be stuck on zero.

See http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showp...&postcount=193

I have downloaded once. Still it says 0.

One more.

The online, offline and invisible status.

I think offline and invisible is reversed.

To help with server load, counters do not update immediately.

Invisible status works fine. You will see yourself in the various lists but other people won't.

But the colour. I'm invisible, I'm red. Most intuitive gray is invisible.

Anyway, keep up the good work.

When the topic subscription gets in, will this be a merging of old subscriptions and the current once ?
