how many posts do I need to make to get off moderated status?

I would have guessed 5 based on the earlier thread mentioned above, but I think I'm past 10 and my posts still have to wait for moderation So I will guess its been increased to 20 or 25?

No, 5 or so indeed usually do. The guys in the engine room work hard to improve the interface that let us mods unmoderate new members.
