Default Mail settings don't work

Hi,

Although in my settings PM is enabled, (see cut-out from screenshot below.) it seems that it is not. Could somebody please check, what is wrong?

PM is disabled and therefore that setting has no effect.

Hi Pacific,
user CP,
edit options,
messaging section: 5 tick boxes.
I have
Yes
No
No
Yes
Yes
Yes

I think Netlist is referring to the first Yes option.

No, no, the fourth: “Enable Private Messaging?”

Since that feature is disabled throughout the board, it doesn't matter if yes or no is selected. PM doesn't work anyway.
