Driver for IRFP 460
hello
dunno if there's a suitable place for my question but... I got a power supply board(PWM). with IRFP 460 mosfet through it,driven by TC1411 coa. This driver is outta order now and i couldnt find a similiar!! could you please recommand a similar driver to me? (not TC series but the same datasheet as TC1411) Thank you so much... |
