Trading Post Trouble

I'm unable to start a new post in the Trading Post? All the Forum rules say I can, but when I try to submit, I get a notice that says I'm not registered? Help!

Hi,

Have you tried logging out, then back in again? That helped me so far with that particular issue.
(corrupted cookie IMO)

I tried three times to post...logged in and out, even left site and then logged back in on a different day...but no luck. I keep getting the "not registered" notice when I try to review post or submit. The only thing I see that I'm not sure of, in the bottom left of the page, where it states rules, the html is "off"? I have no problem with replying to any thread, or even starting this thread. Just problems with Trading Post?
