You are correct. I didn't understand what you had written. But my experience agrees with what you and Clark have said. I like working with MDF because it "sculpts" so nicely. I hate the dust though.

I prefer not to think about the dust. The last time I worked with it, it took 6 months to clean the dust from the garage.

Unhappy dust, dust and more dust!

Yes Scott. I constantly wear a respirator and I am cleaning almost every day. Including days when I do no work on my speakers. I'm hoping this year to get all my projects finished. I then plan to disassemble my shop and completely clean everything. then set up a new shop with a very good vacuum sytem and separate cutting/sanding and finishing areas.
