Eagle PCB question about board border

Okay, I have a board made in EagleLite PCB, but it has no border. I didn't create the board from a schematic, so it never gave me a border to work with in the first place.

How do I draw the PCB's border?

Use a wire botton on the left, width=0, layer=20 Dimension.
