Default how to make this esr meter work with 250uA Panel meter

I have build this ESR meter from this site

it's work but i can not get 50uA Panel meter , so I used 250uA panel meter....Now my problem is that it can not drive my 250uA meter to its full scale deflection
can some one help me to modify this circuit to work with 250uA panel meter.

Try using lower value for R17.
