Here's an interesting one. My boss bought a couple Senheisser EW-100 handheld wireless mic's off ebay. We figured out they were counterfeit when we realized they had the same serial number. We opened up one of the receivers and compared it to a legitimate EW-100 receiver we've had for a while- completely different wiring. Serious.
Anyway, since they were so cheap, we want to keep them and hope they last. Whenever and sound is picked up, however, I get this.. static. I don't know how else to sound. Image, say, 4-bit digital audio. That's how these microphones sound, fuzzy and staticy. Any ideas? Our 3 techs have never come across this. |

I suspect that there's nothing you can do to make them better. I hope you reported the seller to eBay.
