Unhappy Disappearing folk.

It has occured to moi that some members might well have died without us ever knowing a thing about it.

For instance, whatever happened to mrfeedback (two year disappearance), or hugobross (one and a half year hiatus)?

mrfeedback was an angry man
and many times bad with me
... and I found it fun to tease him a bit

... but I kinda liked mrfeedback:
he was totally honest in his hostility!
.... not you can't say about all your so called 'friends'

I guess he went and got himself SinBanned
or maybe met a very nice woman
and now
he can practise it in other ways ..... than Do-It-Yourself

Mike,
If you look at the members list, you will find many more people who disappeared suddenly. Some however were not expected to do so. That's life...

Eric disappeared shortly after a fiasco involving him having to prove some rather wild claims. No SinBin, ban, or anything else beyond an unwillingness to say, "Whoops, guess I was wrong."

Well the least he could have done was send the damn wire back.

well hi again!!!

I was just wondering what happens these days on this site.
Well I've been away for a while because of several reasons.

When I was very active on this forum, I was still studying Electronics on highscool. I had plenty of spare time left then resulting in several DIY projects... After I graduated there was no much time left so I faded away from this site. I've worked for 1,5 years in a company specialised in security systems. I realized that this wasn't the job I really wanted, so I quit. I wanted to do something else, so I started studying again...

I've studied programming (IT) and right now I'm occupied as a Java developer for several months. I still have to complete my final project (thesis or how do you call that) resulting in my second graduation.
So right now I'm working and studying at the same time, so I have even less time left. I hope this will be beter next month

At the moment I'm not very busy with audio related projects. I'm thinking about projects in the near future concerning WIFI (wlan) and programming.

I want to thank the community of diyaudio.com for all the things I've learned from this site! Keep up the good work!

best regards,

Hugobross
