Servo motor controller?

I need a simple but effective controller for a servo motor. I had this idea, which is relatively simple but at the same time I am not completely sure that it will work. It is pretty much a 3Phase oscillator. I believe that noisy transistors would work the best because this seems to be the only factor that would cause it to self-start.
