Did anyone else see this headline and immediately think "subwoofer", and wonder how they fit three tons of coke inside?

seriously, though, a small magnetic streamined pod on the hull of aship, below the ballast tank line, is the way to go. Bring it in like barnacles.

Use divers to put it on in the harbour, and divers to pull it in off in the harbours. No biggie. Use someone else's ship, and they'll never even know about it!
