where 8 is diameter in mm and 500 is lenght, (0.500 meter)

Question Why not

Why not use that COPPER POLE
for InterConnect Cable
It is after all 0.5 meter long
Two will make 1 meter Cable.

Or use two of them as Your new Loudspeaker Cable
Low resistance - I can promise

Mässing = Brass.

I have a question what is fräs (the machine) and to "fräsa" in english?

I have "fräst" the mounting plate in order to get a smooth surface.
