The tracks were tweaked just right so that they could be "restored" to a wonderfull sound. Will it work like that on your files? No, of course not. But it will do something, and it will probabably do something that Joe Q. Public will like. It's just too bad that Creative let the ad writers get far too "creative" on this one. It' just a USB DAC with fun DSP, that's all.
