I'm looking for a vendor who sells black glossy thin formica or wilsonart to cover speaker boxes. Most of the stuff I found is too thick, too hard and mostly designed for countertops. Thank you in advance.

Dig out your yellow pages and look for your nearest shop fitting company. They will have all the catalogues for laminate, and will either give you details of your local distributors or possibly order it in for you if you ask nicely.

The laminate you are looking for is called something like post-bending; it is designed to be installed on curves without heat. I have some covering into a 12" diameter (say, 30cm.) column and it would have bent to a much smaller radius.
