Question Is there a Web-site that you can find transistor replacements(by specifications)?

Is there a Web-site that you can find transistor replacements by entering the original transistor's specifications(like U, I...)?

Regards,
DJG

Default some of the mfrs sites have parametric

search engines -- for instance, if you go to International Rectifier www.irf.com , you can search by P or N-Channel, voltage, power, RDS, package etc. On Semi, Fairchild, Toshiba, Hitachi also have parametric search engines. If there's just a listing you can always save as a *.txt file, dump it into MSExcel and sort by column heading.
