Anybody had problem ordering from BMM???

I order 3 pairs of speaker from BMM-electronics almost a month ago.
I sent 5 mails asking about the status and not one reply. The sales Jean was very quick to take my order and take my payment, but after that, my god, not one single replies. Some service!!!:mad:

Does anybody had this experience from this company. I paid by paypal, is there way to cancel my payment?

It varies. I had an order that took ages. But my last order shipped within three days.

Their communication is not up with their webdesign skills, that's for sure.

I hope everything will work out just fine for you. Maybe he reads this thread and decides to do something about it.

You mean they are selective in replying.

They were very responsive when I ask to add more goods to my existing order.
I don't think that is the way to run an on-line company as email might be the only form of customer contact. And I can tell you I would paid more for a bit more service.
